Critical insights about menstruation covering the onset age, duration, symptoms, proper hygiene practices, and hormonal changes associated with menstruation were discussed. An engaging pad demonstration session followed, it sparked a lively interactive Q & A session from the girls who were curious and excited to volunteer, learn and share in the conversations about periods. These sessions were vital to demystify the menstrual experience for the students.
