Girls With Period School Club
Investing in female education isn't just an investment in one individual; it's an investment in the future of entire communities.
The key objective is to provide a platform where students can dare to dream and increase self-awareness, confidence self-esteem, sex education, menstrual hygiene, and reproductive care options to safeguard their future and education. It also aims to help students express their opinions on the aforementioned areas and foster collective team building. The School Club project was launched in November 2021 with over 10 registered schools. Being members of this club gives these girls access to visits from professionals who mentor them and drive their ambition to succeed. It has been great to learn and draw inspiration from the girls.
The Caring For Girls with Period Initiative educates underprivileged women and girls about menstrual hygiene, sex education, importance of education, and family planning amongst others. We've reached 30,000+ individuals and aim to end period poverty in Africa.
